What are all the things to do to adopt child from wife's first marriage .Now the child is with us. For admiting her in school birth certificate is needed, which is containing XYZ name, I want my name to be there as father, what are the necessaries to do Sir, kindly advice me

Very good academic question, but bad way of stretching the query!
If the problem really persist and you really want to adopt the child, you are doing nothing, except making very vague statements and stretching the thread too far. A pertinent question rises, if the biological father can give written statement for keeping no relation with the child, why you cannot get his consent to legally adopt the child. Whatever, written statements he makes, he cannot severe his 'father-son' relations with the child.
So, can you state, what is your compulsion, not to get written consent of the biological father?

The issue is he will not give consent, before divorce he doesn't know that she will marry another. Now I married her .Now he will give a trouble to her, so he will not give consent, that is why I am repeatedly asking this again and again

Since your clarification does not give any clear picture, please clarify the following points:
1) What is the date of your marriage?
2) what is the date of written statement of her husband? and
3) What is the date of divorce of your wife?

What are the terms of divorce in respect to taking care of the child? What is the opinion of the child's mother? She, certainly, has a greater say in the matter vis-a-vis the child's step mother.
