Grand father's property

(Querist) 01 September 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Hai this is Rajesh my grand father and grand mother passed away at 1987 . On such case my father and his brothers sharing their property with the help of family elders but there is no share for his sisters . Now my father bought all his brothers property. And now his sisters thread end my father to give their shares or else they will file case on with us. Plz tell me there is any possible to they have a share on my father property

The property was owned by whom; Grandfather, Grandmother?
From whom Grandfather, Grandmother (whoever was last owner in chain of owners) acquired the property and by which valid/registered deed say; sale/WILL/Gift/inheritance etc etc ?
Who died first; Grandfather, Grandmother?
What is nature of property; agricultural, urban, rural etc?
It is in which state?
At the time of death of actual owner (Grandfather or, Grandmother) the daughters were married or unmarried?
The sharing or partition amongst brothers was oral or written; registered/unregistered?

Apparently it is simple case of inheritance.

In case the Grandmother was owner it is almost sure that daughters have equal share.
