Respected sir madam i and my family had
spoke to her family they want to get her
daughter a divorse yet do not want to go court
and file for a leagal devorse they just want me
to sign an affidavite which would state that
we both are divorsed , please tell me what
should i do !

A Legal Divorce could be obtained only in Court.You Could go for Mutual Consent Divorce which could be completed in 6 month time with the help of one advocate representing both.Discuss with your local advocate.

To get Divorce you have to approach the court even for divorce with mutual consent or filing a petition of divorce. An affidavit is not a proof of divorce.
No other option than to approach the court.

No legality of such a signed document by you without going through the legal process of divorce. Of course, you will be in trouble for any such false declaration. They can blackmail you or harass you on the basis of that document till life even.

Ask them to five in writing for what purpose they want that document duly signed by you.

Any way to stop my divorse !!!!
my wife n my laws want divorse but i dont want as my laws have influenced my wife and now she is against me.

It can not be a legal divorced through such affidavit, court orders / decree is essential for a legal divorce.
