Trust matter

I would like to know how to enlist a Trust with the immigration authorities, so that foreigners who want to work with a Trust in India, can get a visa of one year or more. Is there such a list with the immigration authorities? This is an urgent query. Thanks, in advance, for replying

Jayshree! There is no need to enlist any Trust constituted in India with the immigration department rather its registration is sufficient to establish its legality hence with the set procedure any foreigner on the invitation of such Trust can visit India subject to complaince of all other provisions.

thank you sir, for your reply. what about missionary visa?can the foreigners avail of such a visa and work with the trust? It is a Hindu trust,in which foreigers are interestd. kindly let me know about this aspect. thank you once again, sir.
