Illegal work of person who maintain causelists of civil case

What legal action can be taken against the person of a courtroom who maintain the case causelists if he or she do illegal things of not giving date to the plaintiff party and thus the case got dismiss for Uncontested--Dismissed for Non-prosecution?

What your lawyer was doing on last hearing?

You can inform court of the even accordingly through your lawyer.

These days in most of the courts / cases cause list / proceedings / orders are available online, have you searched?
