If a plot is having a value of 42 lacs as per the circle rate of delhi, so what should be the value of each floor in the building and how it is divided?

Value of an flat has nothing to do with value of the plot.It depends on the value of its construction basing on various factors like flooring with marbles etc

In Cuffparade in mumbai Jolly maker 1 Housing society had sold Rs.I.10 Lakh per Sq Ft of a flat in 21st floor having almost all the facilities in 2012.

Some state might have published reference standard say in form for Property Tax, how to ascertain value of constructed property..................

Check for it at your state.

Only the concerned builder and not the architect as advised by Mr.RK Goyal would be the Seller.
