Na requirement in maharastra

Dear Sir,
Is NA requirement is necessary for Class I agricultural land for non polluting manufacturing unit in Maharastra? Land is already under Industrial area. Open space area and MPCC is not problematic at all.It is on lease for 15 years.
Please advice

Contradictory Question

1) Once you say it is Class 1 Land under Grant of Land chapter under MLRC second time you say Lease land of 15 years. Document examination required

2) From the time Mr. Devendra Fadnavis became CM from Nov 2014 till date 12 times Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is amended ,

3) I feel April 2017 amendment is required to be studied with documents and real picture analysis ed in your case

It is certified that specific survey no is under industrial zone by concerned Assistant Town planner.

Actually land is class 1 specified in 7/12. I am availing this land on lease for 15 years from legitimate owner.

Ok got it , April 2017 amendment I got but not properly studied , additional problem takes place it takes some time for govt officer to get latest amendment .

Your problem is solved or simplified from April 2017

Can you please tell me Planing authority under Maharashtra Regional Town Planing Act who has put you in Industrial Zone.

Coming days will be studying entire MLRC once again. so that time will check.

Last amendment of April 2017 they have given reference of MRTP in MLRC too.

It seems they are treating both acts as sibling act regarding development and construction

Initial situation was that MLRC was going one way , MRTP was going other way , Local Govt Law third way.

Now it seems they are seriously removing over lapping situation in three laws.

Additionally we are bottom 5 in getting construction permit in Ease of doing business just above countries like North Korea , Somalia etc

So under circumstances all is required to be studied again afresh including MRTP now
