Names to be incorporated on 7/12.

we,group of friends gave some money to one of our friends to purchase agricultural land. According to him he can put our names on 7/12 as HAKKADAR or KABJEDAR for which we made one MOU . What is the legel procedure for the same.

Any transfer of immovable property could be only through a registered conveyance. Then and then only, mutation could be effected in record of rights.

You have to get the MOU registered at the subregistrar's office, get the mutation entry done by the revenue department and that shall be reflected in the 7/12 extract as Itar Adhikar and shall be treated as encumbrance over the property.
Also there are many other ways to keep your right over the property if you do not want to register the MOU.
