2nd time Disciplinary action for one negligence

Disci. Action was taken by post reversion against an emplo. Nw can we inisiated 2nd time it with reason that the 1st punishment (post reversion) is nt enough for his negligency? Can double jeopardy rule is follow in service matter also?

Yes. Double jeopardy theory applies. One person cannot be punished twice for one act.

yes double jeopardy rules followed. but there is a bit confucion in your posting. you are saying that can we insist for 2nd time punishment that the first one is not enough.
