Sir,i am working in department of post as a postman.If i got selected in ssc cgl and department denie for noc than what to do?

NOC for what? Are u applying for any job in any other Department of the Govt or in a private company? In any case you should submit application to the personnel Department through the Post Master under whom you are working..

Presently you don't have any legal problem.
However, if selected, simply resign from the post, as NOC is at the discretion of the department, cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

You may check whether you need NOC to apply for SSC or UPSC as it is open for all candidates. If you are going to claim past service benefits, pay protection etc., then it may be of relevance. But nothing wrong if you inform your employer about examination which have written.
