My Brother ammended original will after it was signed and witnessed by my father Now my father has expired and my brother knows exact signature of my father, The matter is not that serious but in future how can we safe guard My mother will

Put your mother's will in the custody of registrar.

your brother can create another will by forging the signature of your mothe, so get register the will and keep in the safe custody of the registrar.

Your question is not pretty clear. You refer to alterations in father's will and refer safety of mother's will.
If you doubt that your brother will alter the will, get your mother's will written in hand by her and let her sign it. Get is registered as well. Next, in registrtion you may also deposit the will with the registrar to be delivered after her demise. In this mode, the question of tampering does not arise.
