Dear All,

pls advise can we challenge an interim order passed in an application u/s 9 of A&C Act 1996 before the High Court within the purview of section 37 of the Act.

Actually sir this was a case of invocation of Bank Guarantee (BG, on which the Petitioner sought interim injunction against us from invoking the BG, which was granted by the court. Now we wish to approach the High Court directly u/s 37 of the Act, Can we do that? Any favourable judgement on the matter, if any, may pls be provided.
