Husband filled the divorce petition while i am pregnancy of 6 months. Kindly guide about legal aspect

Which type of legal aspect do you want?
there is no bar for filing divorce if the wife is pregnant.

the divorce can be filed on any ground as mentioned in section 13 of Hindu marriage Act-1955.

Yes, divorce petition can be filed at any point of time.
However the fact of pregnancy can be utilised in your benefit by filing petition for your maintenance under HMA or under PWDV Act.
