rights of daughter.

A person purchsed a plot during his life time and having four daughters after the death of that person and one of them looking after her mother with out marriage.three daughters got married and living with their husbands.now that widow of that person wants to dispose the plot.can any daughter or all the daughters have any right on the plot.kindly give the suitable advice on the above as one of the married daughters eyeing on the plot to grab the same.thanq experts.

1. Since the property was self-acquired by the person (deceased), ALL his legal heirs are entitled to equal share in his immovable property.
