Divorce & close maintenance amount

Hi,
I'm going to apply for divorce from my wife.We are not living together before 8 Years.
I pay maintenance already.Also She Working in Gov. Job But I have no proof.

Send RTI to her department. You will get proof.
File suit for divorce if mental cruelty was perpetrated upon you.

You can easily get her employment details, if she is a Government Employee. You can send a notice to the officer-in-charge of that department, asking to give her employment details, which details are necessary to submit before the court. They should definitely gives, what ever you requires or other wise, you can get the information through court, by filing a petition.
