if her husband finds that chat . but both the boy and the woman never met . and there is no provision in ipc for such thing . then what complaint will be filed as they never met so no adultery is committed. what can be the charge on the boy?

I think, self experiment can give you the best anwer to know what complaint will be filed or what can be the charge on the boy. Otherwise, how you can expect the experts to guess what would be in the mind of the husband of the woman? Else, you may also contact the husband of the woman to ask your questions telling him about the incidents of sex chat with the woman.
