Denying for marriage after promise.

My name is Ankur Upadhyay. I met a girl Shweta Kumari aka Shweta Singh on 5th july 2015 with her mother and sister. I told them that i want to marry shweta. on july 28th 2015 her parents talk to my father on phone. both parties aggreed on the marrige. on 3rd september 2015 her parents came to my house offically and made promise to me as well as my parents that they will marry shweta with me by the end 0f 2015 or in the start of 2016. but on 15th december 2015 they called and said that they will not marry shweta with me. when i ask why they are not giving any answer. they are saying only now they will not marry her with me.
i want to know that there is any law in india with which i call leaglly get justise for hurting me and playing with my feeling and emotions. My social image is destroyed because everyone in my sociaty know that i am going to marry her in 2 months.
please help me.

There is no such law which forces people to convert their plan into reality particularly in marriage.

There is no law to give you the desired relief, dont waste time on such unscrupulous people, better look for another girl of better standards.
