If the bride want to give divorce then what GROUNDS she can use U/s 13 of HMA?

there are several grounds under the Act Hindu Marriage Act, Provided under section 13 of the said Act.

For both husband and wife:-
1.Sexual intercourse with a third person.
2.cruelty
3.Conversion to other religion.
4. Unsound mind
5.Leprosy
6.Diseases of severe nature
7. Desertion for two years
8. Taking sanyas
9.Non news for 7 years
10.Non compliance of decree of RCR for 1 year.
For wife only:-
1. Existence of previous wife
2. Husband guilty of rape , sodomy etc
3.Not confirming the marriage before attaining 18 years by a wife aged less than 15 yrs.
4. Non-cohabition for 1 year or more after the order of maintenance u/125 of Crpc or under HAM Act.

By knowing the grounds u will not get divorce, so for that u hv to contact lawyer, and too right guidance is required.
