Can i get divorce and get rid of maintenance

(Querist) 13 August 2015 This query is : Resolved
I got married 5 months back.
My wife's mother always prompted her to do something wrong and my wife kept on fighting. She used to throw the things violently, sometimes beat me and threaten to suicide if I tell someone.

Just after 1 month she left the matrimonial home and is staying somewhere out I don't know where.

I asked her many times to come back but she didn't come and she is also not telling me where does she stay. I requested her to come to psychologist/psychiatrist for checkup but she refused.

As it is marriage and we believe in sanctity.
Me and my parents tried really hard from our side to bring her back but she refused giving reason that her mother doesn't want her to continue this marriage.

2 months after she left she turned up with her lawyer and started to threaten me.

When my parents tried to talk with her mother. She created a drama and called police. Police came to location and didn't find anything wrong with my parents but her mother was exaggerating the issue. Police scolded her mother and told my parents to leave the place and advised my mother to file a complaint with woman's help cell. My parents are scared. I'm worried a lot.

I feel she is psycho and behaves weird.

Now suddenly she has started to say that she wants to come back, I can't trust her and I'm scared.

I asked her to sign a deed now confessing whatever wrong she has committed and I can try staying with her, but she doesn't agree.

Is it possible to file divorce after completion of 1 year?
And do I need to give any maintenance to her if she claims?
She is working with IT company and earning around 30K per month. Her age is 24.

I'm earning around 60K per month. My age is 29.

She is not ready for mutual consent divorce.

Divorce can be possible but you can't get rid of maintenance.

What could be the probable amount of maintenance?

how much would be probable legal expenses(lawyer fees etc.) in the case?

how much is probable time needed for case result?
