Dear Experts kindly give me citation regarding with non bailable warrent issued in 138 cases can not be executed... top urgent.

There is no citation to your question, non bailable warrant can be executed if the accused violates the conditions of the bail and remained absent instead of appearing before the court.

If the accuse used to non appearing at the court, the warrent may be issued by the court. it is common. So, appear at the court through advocate and procede with the instruction as per advocate advice. so consult the advocate as soon as possible. Otherwise police will arrest the accuse any time.....
