my grand father has purchased the property in the year 1957 and he is expired in the year 1970 without will after my grand father expired my father sold the property in the year 1970 and my age was 15 years at that time but my father has mentioned me as minor son of my father now i want to get my equal share in that property and i got the property knowledge in the 2009 please suggest me

go for suit for partition against your father to claim your share in your father's share. Your father had no right to sell the share of all the co- parceners because it is an ancestral property. Your father had right to sell his share only.

You can file a suit for declaration of the aforesaid deed as null and void if your father did not take leave of the court while selling your share(minor). Mere mentioning of "legal necessity" wouldn't do.

In 1970 you were of age 15 and now in 2009 you are 54.This will come in your way,however you may try keeping in view the above hurdle.
