As per census conducted in 2001 the population of India at that time was 110 crore 48 lakh.

There is no date/counting of pucca houses in India as this date might be changing day to day. You count them and post this in this site also so that all advocates may also be befitted and may cite those in their cases.

You do not forget to measure the carpet area of those houses including the house occupied the ministers of all states and union.
