Not serving notice period

Hi,
Anybody can tell me if i am expecting relieving from the organization in same day & not getting but i am ready to pay the notice period but organization is not taking the assets back till time.Pls suggest me what action will be taken against me by organization.

No action can b taken if you yourself do not violate any term. You offer the delievery of charge/handing of the charge with you through a registered letter then your organization can do nothing against you.

Hi Raj Sir,
Thanks for the assistance of my query.Situation is like i am not fit facing some stomach pain & going for treatment & this will take time but after that i do not want to continue with this organization bcz of some professional dissatisfication.I resigned & not went to office from next day but notice period is of two months but can not survive bcz of bad health.I went to handover the assets but nobody taking it back without my manager's approval so pls tell me that is it right to send a mail to HR & Manager that this is the health issue so notice survival is not possible but i can pay it as i am under probation period & i would be very happy to handover all the assets belongings to the organization whenever you want.Please suggest the way forward...
