How to get name change in documents

Dear sir/madam,

My name is vijendra singh Mali(C.A. final student) and now i want to replace my name with Vijendra singh Tamangiriya in all the documents(secondary,senior secondary and university marksheet),as well as in future i will be known by this name.

please suggest me the procedure for the same and how much time it will take. so that the name can be changed in document.

if any person who is already engaged in the services relating to this, kindly contact from me, i am ready to pay a reasonable fees for the same.

First of all, you need to get the name change published in the Gazette.

Name change affidavit execution, news paper insertion and publication in official gazette. Change may not be effected in all previous educational documents for which you have to get court orders.

it is not necessary to change your name in your school , college certificates . if you are changing your name now you have to publish it in local newspapers and also gazette notification is required .

Enclosing the gazette copy with the document/certificate is suffice.No correction in certificates could be made.

The certificates and other documents need not be changed now, a copy of the gazette publication containing your changed name may be accompanied along with the set of certificates/documents carried by you.
