Request for list of basic approvals documents when we are purchasing industrial building in Hosur, Tamilnadu.

There is no exhaustive list. However the same must include title deeds, sanctioned building plan,revenue record, no incunbrance certificate etc.
Do meet a local lawyer with all papers.

check whether seller has all the original title deeds of property . take 30 years title search . obtain title clearance certificate from local lawyer

Besides all the documents produced before you, take an opinion from a local lawyer, if need be a second opinion too for sailing on a safer side.
