Police verification

respected sirs,
a case was filed against me n 3 others three years ago.. police closed the case after 2 weeks..they referred it as a false case.. no charge sheet filed.. court had accepted the police final report.

sir my question is,
whether this case will show up during the police verification for UPSC or other government jobs ??

what i meant is whether the authorities will check this case during the verification since it was closed by the police itself 3 years ago..

Once it is closed, it is unlikely to be found out now.

Even if it is checked, as it is a false case as confirmed by the police, it will not deter your opportunities. Do not entertain needless fears.

as the case was false it is not needed to be disclosed.

Since the case has been disposed as false by the police there wont be any need to disclose in the application for UPSC examination or in the pursuant interviews.
