i purchased a local water motor from news paper advertisement. they deliver me at my house and take the cash but they give me receipt and warrenty card. water motor is not working so visit the address mention on warrenty card but strange no one is there. now i feel help less. please guide me what should i do.

Issue legal notice to the news paper pulbisher to give the address of the person who supplied the motor to you.
I Think you wont get it because somebody might have given advertisement, publishers of news paper only concerned with the advertisement and money.

verify any other adress mentioned in the warrenty card other then the one u visited, see the manufaturer name, place, or details, on the box, or cover, or item, etc.. search properly and issue legal notice to the manufacturer directly.file consumer case. also advice of Rajeev is also good, issue notice to news paper, frm where u can trace a person,s name while taking his receipt frm news paper office.

After chasing his address from news paper's office. You can Lodge FIR to police station and police can book the person responsible under 420 and other sections of IPC also. If the news paper is not providing you the address same action can be taken against editor. Another option is consumer forum, against the motor provider and also against the news paper.
