'Specific relief' means relief 'in specie' which aims at the exact fulfillment of an obligation. eg, in case of breach of a contract, damages i.e monetary compensation to the aggrieved party may not be an adequate remedy, In such a case the court may order for the specific performance of the contract. specific performance of the contract granted by the court to the aggrieved party is the specific relief which he may seek from the court to which he is entitled. However it is the discretion of the court. The various specific reliefs granted under the act are specific performance, injunction, declaratory decrees, rectification and cancellation of instruments etc

While I do not have any doubt about the calibre of the learned advocates who are empanelled as experts in this site, it is not that easy to learn about specific relief act by posing a simple question. You must first endeavour to read at least the bare act which is available in market for about Rs. 50/- You can seek clarifications from experts on any provision that is not clear to you.
I wish you all the best.
