sir i belong to uttar pardesh and working in
rajasthan goverment from last 5 years on
permanent post of medical officer . sir in every
5 years we need to renewal of our registration .
now i want domicile of rajasthan for renewal .
so please kindly tell me under which rules i get
domicile kindly give refrence also . i shall
thankfull to all advocate faternty . thanking u
all .

The fact that you are working with the Government of Rajasthan establishes your domicile.

Domicile depends on permanent residence and on the law prevailed in concerned state. It is better to go through the law and rules framed by Rajasthan Govt. in this regard.

check requirement criteria: 5 yrs or 10 yrs continuous residence??
In Mah state it is 10 years to get domicile cert
check with Raj state thru local lawyer

The certificate is issued to a person who has been residing in the State of Rajasthan for 10 years or more.in your case you have working for only 5 years . hence not eligible for domicile certificate

Since you are employed by the State government of Rajasthan, you may not need the domicile certificate, your employment identity card will be sufficient for all the purposes, however, if the domicile certificate is insisted upon, you may have to look into the rules which requires you to have remained in the state for 10 years period continuously.
