Prosecuting presiding officer

(Querist) 06 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
An presiding officer adjudicated in a civil-dispute 15 years ago.One of the affected party filed complaint for prosecuting presiding officer Magistrate rejected it.Party went in revision before session-court.Session-court too rejected it.The party has been filing frivolous complaints before various authorities in vain for last 15 years before various authorities ,Now the party has filed misc application before high court against session-court's order.Can the presiding officer ask for compensation and heavy penalty on the party for harassing him?Kindly advice.

Exploring legal recourse is legal right of a party.
For this no case for compensation lies.
However f the party is making derogatory statements in public about the judge, case for defamation can be filed against him.
