if the 2/3 statements given by my wife in fir and chargesheet are different will it help me in squashing the fir or will it help me in my case

Quashing is based on contents on FIR. Discrepancy with charge sheet has nothing to do with it.

You can challenge the contradictions during trial of the case in the trial court, the high court will no consider such issues for quashing the fir.
