While resignation

(Querist) 26 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected sir,
I will be relived from my govt.duty in order to join new govt. organisation soon.The duration of my currently resigning job is two months so i gave them formal type of resignation.The new job was applied and cleared exam and gave interview before joing the currently resigning job so, my Quarries are :

1.Is it essential to take NOC along with Reliving order while joning the new job.

2.If yes then my current organisation say's to give three month notice period and go technically,but I have to join less than in month after under going medical exam,What to DO ?

3.My current organisation say's that I dont need to mention regarding current job ,to my new organisation since my service was for two month duration. i dont wamt to continue any benfits of present resigning job,Is IT correct to do so?

The question arises, are you a permanent employee in your present Government organisation, if you have merely two months service there?

respected sir,
yes i am appointed as permanent employee with initial two years of probation period.

OK, the replies to your queries are as follows;

1) NOC is required only when desired by the new organisation as a condition of employment, otherwise not.

2) You will have to observe the notice period fixed for permanent employees. Otherwise would be required to deposit the pay for the period short of notice period.

3) So, nothing wrong, if your present organisation has advised not to mention about current job to the new organisation.
