Can a power of attorny holder file case in consumer Court ? (In case property owner is illiterate)

Not only power of attorney holder but authorised person can also file complaint before consumer courts.

If a person is said to be an illiterate person, his authorised person can sign on behalf of him.

Dear Sir

Thanks to all expert for their opinion.

I have one more Qustion.I have got xerox copy of Soc. agreement & 1st page attested by advocate of Individual Agreement, It will be valid proof in court or not.As I have got this only from soc. secrtary.is there any possibility that secratry can cheat in agreement by giving us xerox copy ?

society secretary has no personal interest in case . why should he cheat you . you can ask secretary to certify xerox copy as true copy

Dear Sir

In redevlopment of Our bldg. in Pantnagar Ghatkopar Builder want to reduce area saying that Mhada want some stock therefore Builder have loss in Project therefore he want to reduce the area.but when I ask in Mhada Architect department is saying that builder have no loss as builder have to give stock on Behalf of Premium.In this matter secrtary & committee member's are in favour of Builder therefore I have doubt that secratry & committee members are involved.
Sir, I want to know that if secrttary is not giving me certified copy than what i should do ? Xerox copy will be valid in court ?

He has to provide you a photocopy of a document.. insist for that

The photocopy when required to be produced as evidence should be proved by the holder of its original to authenticate the same.
