What is the Fees for Advocate who given Legal Opinion on Property to be purchased by a prospective purchaser.

no fixed amount can be mentioned . it depends upon advocate , his years of experience etc

It is mutually decided between advocate and client which is not fixed, rather depends upon number of factors such as advised by the experts, capacity of client to pay, type of expertise and experience required etc.

It is negotiable. No fixed Fees.
Mater, value, complications differ.
Fees of Jr. Advocates is low, but it involves risk, as more chances to get a faulty/ defective opinion.

The fee depends upon many factors including experience of advocate, work involved, price of property etc. Can not be given any foot-rule formula for it.

No hard and fast rule for it. Depends upon the volume of work involved in the matter and an agreement regarding the fees with the advocate.

I agree with the experts that there is no standard or fixed fee for the advocates to carry any type of legal work, it depends from one advocate to another.

For instance, if the Legal Opinion given on Rs.40 lacs property to be purchased, then minimum how much can be asked towards Advocate Fees.

There is no settled criteria of professional fee. It depends upon many factors.

I agree with the views of expert Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad on this issue. If you are not satisfied with the lawyer and feel that his fee is unreasonably higher than any other lawyer you met, it is better you choose some other lawyer who would be charging you lesser fee.
