thanks for your reply to my earlier question.Mr kiranji, but reconcialation is not possible in my case. in a marrigae at lease some thing should be common. if i file a case for divorce , then can she saty with me or she has to move to her parents house untill the judgement , becuase she is not creating trouble for me but also for my parents.

Wehn there is no problem then why u r thinking of divorce.
In reconciliation proceedings court always wants to solve the problems of the husband and wife, itz intention will not be to seperate the husband and wife.
in a divorce petition you hv to show the address of the respondant to serve the summons. If consent divorce it need not. Both will have to file a joint petition as petitioners.
She need not to go her parents house.

I think there are no good grounds to seek divorce in your favour. If your wife is residing in your house and you are not feeling any problem from her then no court of law shall oblige with you the decree of divorce. Separation on the solid grounds are mandatory to seek divorce to be mentioned and proved by you.
