I recently shifted to our newly acquired rented house with my small kids. but to our shock, the house is full of centipedes and cockroaches. Now we don't want to live here. So,pls suggest if I can claim back the total money spent in paying the middleman, shifting and electric fixtures etc from the Land Lord.

You should have inspected properly the house before stepping in.
Now once you have done it , you can not get refund.

You cannot claim the reimbursement of the expenses made for the reason you are vacating it on your own because it was you who were satisfied about the accommodation before entering into rental agreement, now your action of blaming it on the house is not at all justified hence you may not get back the spent amount.

But these insects were spotted only after the rains. earlier they never came out and so couldn't be spotted.also, the landlady has also said that we should seek another accommodation for ourselves owing to these insects.
