COMPLAINT DISMISSED FOR WANT OF SANCTION

I have filed a crl complaint against a public servent(only one accused) that has been dismissed by court for want of sanction,now i have to file appeal or revision against this order.Kindly helpThanx

Before filing a case against the govt., servant sanction from the govt., is necessary, without permission case will not be entertained.
So write a letter to the Govt., seeking permission to file a complaint.

No use to file appeal as basic document in not in your possession to prosecution against public servant without having due sanction from concerned Govt. First you obtain that and then start afresh.
