Hi,

Me and my wife want to take mutual divorce. We are married from last 6 years, no kids (children). We are living separately from last 1 year now.
My wife don't need anything from me neither I need anything from her. Both of us are working (service class).

I need to know how I can file for a mutual divorce, how much it will cost? Is there a fast track for this?

Please advise and provide contact details of person/firm who is/are genuine/expert in the field.

You need an advocate who would draft a petition for mutual divorce with such terms and conditions as you may agree.
Minimum time is 6 months before which you can get decree.
On final hearing both of you need to be physically present.

Consult a local lawyer to draft petition, minimum period 6 months, negligible expenses apart from lawyers fee.
