Law against pvt school

Dear Advocates,
What is the law against pvt unaided school/classes humiliate insult students not paying fees. Any regulations from maharashtra or central board or education ministry to take over all school.

Schools are private and unaided, they have to take fees in time to meet daily expenses, you may move to government school where many facilities exist.
