Dear Experts,

I have a client who is Licencor(Defendant) in Mumbai, the Licensee (Plaintiff) has filed injunction application against the legal notice sent for vacating the premises and fixation of slandered rent to the small causes court.

Court has passed status quo order till the WS file.

I understood that we need to file written statement but along with this is there any urgent application can be make to the court for passing order for vacating the premises urgently. What steps needs to be taken ? Please guide

you have to file suit for eviction if licencee has not vacated possession

Along with submission of written statement can we make an application for eviction?

As i understood if I file fresh suit for eviction it may result delay for conclusion of the court?

Is there any urgent relief can we ask to court with written statement?

Thanks for quick reply
