what is the tile limtation for call for records from lower courts to session court

There is no time frame for this. The sessions court may call for records if necessary in revision petitions where question of law is involved but will call for in case of criminal appeals.

No time frame fixed for it, depends upon circumstances.

There is time frame but unless you make regular follow up it sometimes gets delayed.

I agree that there is a time frame, but it again depends on how much pressure you put to it.
