Individual newspaper notice is valid or not

I have got published a public notice on the basis of affidavit given in property matter of 7 days is valid or not. It has any legal value .The notice is regarding sale of property and objections demanded with documents.
2.What is the difference between ts 1 of M.C. AND Farad in patwari revenue record for claiming ownership.
3.Can a gift deed be made without registration in sub registrar office without photography the individual making gift in property matter.

2)FROM WHICH STATE REVENUE LAND LAWS?. (THE QUERY BELONGS?)

3. Unregistered unphotographed will can be made.

2. Farad Jamabandi is a document containing full detail of the agricultural land, its owners/co-sharers, tenants, special comments, status of the land etc. whereas the other words are not clearly mentioned by you so cant reply.

Gift deed cannot be done without registration as it requirs stamp duty..

7 days is OK. Now a days photo of the purchaser, seller and wittness is mandatory while registering the doucment.
U cant register the gift deed without photo.

1. Public notice to buy or sell any property such notice is not a mandatory any Law so its considered as precautionary reason. So its not any legal value.

2. My friend expert Mr. Raj makkad's opinion is acceptable.

3. No. with out registration, with out stamped gift cannot possible. you can execute but its not a legal document.
