Please reply
Question is
Mr A is elder brother of X and Z after seperation of family A, X , Z with their uncle Mr. M ,
A, x & z got preperty which they have inherate from fmily from uncle
A,X,& Z are inherent persons but property has been Registered in the name of Mr A (elder brother) only with the convenience of X and Z now Mr,A wanat to construct
Now Mr,X and Z (younger brother) want to reserve right on the property
Wether they can Reserve?
if nay deed is required and its registration with whom ?
If yes What is the prosedure?

Unless you disclose the contents of Registered deed of A proper advise is not possible.

If A, X and Z are joint beneficiaries of the property, why was the property registered on A's name alone?, if it was a settlement deed on the name of A, then he is the title holder and absolute owner of the property, thus X and Z do not have any right over the property, so if x and z do not have any right over the property, where is the question of MOU and any other type of agreement or reserving their rights? give correct details so that your query can be attended properly.
