Wave city center pvt ltd, nodia builder is looting innocent people hard earned money

And all citizens of sovereign India.

Respected Sir,

1. That I Mr. KK Agarwal Advocate has been a practicing lawyer in Delhi and U.P region have facing problem of mine of my family member Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal, A-75, Vikas Puri , New Delhi who unfortunately have booked a prelaunch flat in your Wave Elegantia project which is located on Sec 32, Nodia. That this flat is booked of 1183 sq. foot having Customer ID: CU130104 of Rs 89 Lakh approximately. That Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal (MB:- 9899787513) have get fake promise by the Investor Clinic, Tapasya Building , Sec 126 Noida to just book it just for two month by the working sale representative of Wave City Center that you get some extra monetary benefit in short span of time and the Wave city center may return your principal amount money which you paid with some additional amount by the sale of this flat to the another person. Thereafter as the two months have gone away since the booking of the flat the Wave City Center has been sending the unwarranted demand notes letter of Rs 89 Lakh approx. to extract him for your further funding of Wave City Center going projects and if not paid then impose 18% annum penalty on Rs 89 Lakh on him while in actually Mr.Ghanshyam Murari kansal have not get using of flat for living purpose then how can you impose heavy rate of interest when the customer is not using or your services. It is a criminal breach of trust, hurt and cheating and misappropriation of money for intentionally extortion the large amount of money for your building raise dirty business.

2. That as this is the unfair trade practice, malpractice to appoint liar & mischievous Sale Representative like Investor Clinic, Tapasya Building, Sec 126 Noida to do false promises & fraud to Mr Ghanshyam Murari Kansal and entrap their hard earned money in many years of work, into your large projects and thereafter Wave City Center are sending unlawful demand letter notes to give further huge money to builder for the completion of their projects. That this is not right and not ethical to fool the customers and eat their hard earned money. That Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal is running out of cash and cannot get arrange that huge sum of money which the Wave City Center is demanding to him. As this is the first time I have cordially approaching to you to help him for getting refund his money which he had paid till yet with some simple interest used into their projects. I know that this meager amount is nothing for the Wave City Center to get pay to him but it is more valuable for Mr Ghanshyam Murari Kansal to run his life.


3. That there are many novice venture capitalist person in the market who have black kind of money into their pocket to buy your costlier flat in large projects then why Wave City Center are harassing Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal to not giving his money to him as he not wants your flat and wants his money back in his high time of need money.

4. The Wave city center have the easy option to take Notary affidavit from Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal for the cancellation of the flat and may return his paid amount money without any unlawful deduction in the paid money till yet to him.

5. That the Wave City Center like builders today in every part have appoint many sale representative person on “huge commission basis” and the Sale representative person may lurking the other innocent person in their locality for selling the builder costlier flat with false promises, while the real buyer have not sufficient cash or money arrangement besides the full amount which the builder agreed to take on provisional form at the full completion of their project. After that the process of harassment, torment and extracting the full money in just one or two installments get started off and when the buyer shows reluctant to fulfill his unlawful demands in short span of time then the greedy builder would cancel his flat and return the partial money to the buyer and sell the same flat to the another person on high rate of current time so that from both sides the builder may get extraordinary benefit of huge sum of money. So I may requesting to all the person who may entrap in the builder projects or their Sale Representatives not to buy or think to buy till you have full arrangements of the money into your hands for up to waiting of five years till the project of that builder might get complete on time.

6. Now as this Email is I am writing to you to spread the all builder dirty mentality who day by day looting the enormous buyers or customers to get entrap into their running projects all running simultaneously on different locations with different entice names so that full unlawful monetary benefit from all the sides and corner of the city, location and state is achieved by the builder in short span of time. The Wave City Center like builders also not to disclose their identity and neither give their full names & personal mobile numbers and Email Address or living address to the buyer so that no agitation and protest by the customer and buyer may approach to their doors. The Wave city Center office Staff which builders appointed for the working of their offices also so much shrewd, sinner and liar that in getting their salary and job always get fixed to that builder, they provide wrong information to buyer and also help the builder sins to get help him for looting from customer or buyer.

7. At last We Mr. Ghanshyam Murari Kansal and I want my hard earned money back which is more than Rs 9.10 Lakhs from the Wave City Center builder and get out of this looting Elegantia Project running on the Sec 32 of Noida.

First you try to meet the chairman of wavecity along with your friends advocate or Representatives of Bar Associations and explain how that person had got cheated by their marketing agent investor clinic you also tell him if he is not ready to sort out the issue you would file a complaint criminal cheating and criminal breach of trust against investor clinic including the chairman as party and also would obtain a stay restraining the wavecity from collecting payments for their on going projects till your issue is sorted out.and your friends could also say they will file a seperate PIL and would also conduct a press meet regarding this. Mostly the CM would oblige or you should go ahead as told.Let your friends speak on your behalf go with maximum association members

Better you file a PIL petition in the Calcutta High Court for relief and redress and obtain restraint order from the Hon'ble court to prevent furthur mischief. This is India, politically you will not get any relief.

For recovery of money Civil Suit is necessary side by side you may file criminal cases of cognizable nature against the wrong doers following appropriate provisions of Indian Penal Code just to create additional pressure upon them.
