MY GRANDMOTHER AND HER SISTER IS ONLY TWO DAUGHTERS OF THEIR PARENTS NO BROTHER. PARENTS HAD AGRICULTURE LAND IN VILLAGE WHICH IS TAKE AWAY BY MY GRANDMOTHER'S COUSIN BY CHEATING HER AND TAKE HER THUMB IMPRESSION ON DOCUMENTS AS SHE IS ILLITERATE AND SHE WAS UNAWARE OF THIS FACT. BUT AFTER DOING INQUIRY FOR LAND MY FATHER FOUND THAT LAND IS IN THE NAME OF COUSIN OF GRANDMOTHER. THE CASE IS IN COURT NOW BY MY FATHER. FATHER IS HAVING EVIDENCE REGARDING OTHER FRAUD MADE BY GRANDMOTHER'S COUSIN.I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER CASE MADE BY MY FATHER IS CORRECT DECISION ?

At what capacity, your father has filed a civil suit against your so called "uncle" and on what basis, he has filed the suit, should be clarified first. Otherwise, it is not possible to decide the act of your father.In the said suit, your mother is a party or not.

my father has made sue with help advocate. father is not advocate and on behalf of grandmother father is working for this case and mother is part to a case.....

Can Agriculture land transfer without stamp paper without paying stamp duty in the year of 1999-2000 around to cousin? because the land is transferred by cousin by taking mere thumb impression on simple paper not on stamp paper. in Gujarat State.
