For decree of divorce

streedhan returned peacefully back but not ready for mcd underany condition now can she demand money further when i fle for decree of divorce proof like signed stamp papers of witness, deserted past 2 years, no dowry demands, no valid reason for leaving matrimonial house etc, repeatedly requested to cohabitat in separate house etc please seniors suggest me as they have given me few days to reply

U SHOULD HAVE FILED 13B AT THE TIME OF RETURNING STREEDHAN.
It seems you are cheated. She obtained what she want, and kept her way open to demand all that she can, and betrayed you. U made mistake.

Certainly she can demand money further when you file for decree of divorce. Though your Documents and other fact will reduce her Mtn.

I failed to understand, why u return Streedhan, when you earlier decided to postpone Divorce Lifetime, teach her lesson, and no one can give you Third Time his daughter for marriage???

nd suppose you decided to have Quick Divorce u/s 13B, Why your Adv did not keep streedhan as security , returnable at time of decree of divorce???

mr shroff,i am just planning to return streedhan very soon to create favourable sympathy in the eyes of court as she is ready to sign any kind of notarised stamp paper hence i want you to fight my case trickfully i am sure you have understood my case keeping in mind that we have to get decree of divorce in her absence ie without her support as compared to mcd, she doesnt want money niether want to cohabit and dont want money is the plus point which should not turn to be negative after returning streedhan sir please fix up an appointment at your office i want to meet you i will call you for the same but please reply so that i may be little tention free for some time

sir i have been told to submit all her streedhan at her place in gujarat hence i want to takeaway all legal mou prepared by you in the mou can we put that clause such that once she signs on agreeement which automaticaly makes her to comply for mutual contested divorce or any thing which directly aim to get us decree of divorce on the basis of those papers without wasting long time and zero maintainnce ,alimony or share in prop.sir i am eager for your suggestions
