SUBJECT : Manipulations in tenants occupying area/addition of dummy tenants in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in official records at G/North ward building,HarishchandraYelwe Marg,Behind Plaza Cinema,Dadar (W),Mumbai-400 028.

Dear sir ,
I am the poor tenant of HAJI ISMAIL CHAWL (KHAN SAHEB COMPOUND ), OPP. MAHIM POLICE STATION ,FORT ROAD , MAHIM , MUMBAI – 400 016. Who don’t have the capacity to argue and fight with powerful and rich tenants , I can only bring to your notice what is going on in the said premises
Few tenants had did manipulation in bmc records with the help /co-operation of bmc officials . Bmc had acquired the said properties bearing C.S. NO 1358 , 1359 , 1/1360 , 2/1360 ,1361 And 1362 indicating that this land is reserved for playground since 2009 (as per notice board displayed in our compound on may 2013) There were only 34 tenants and their actual area occupied as per bmc records is between 50 to 400 sq. ft. as per letter of aquization given to us by bmc during 1981 , and there was only Two commercial premises in the compound ,ONE unauthorised shop and ONE unauthorized office was demolished by bmc at that time (during 1981), now they are increased to 41 to 46 tenants and their area is also increased . the shop which was demolished by bmc is now on records and is shown as legal commercial premise , one tenant who has one rent bill but 5 doors to his house so he is now claiming for 5 separate houses , like this way few tenant had opened new doors and now claiming for separate houses , one tenant has increased his area to 1600 to 1700 sq.ft. with a pent house in it.
Recently in may 2013 we have received notice from bmc (314) to produce papers proving tenancy ,we are informed by bmc that land belongs to bmc and now we will become bmc tenant , so our fort sagar co-op soc. (proposed society ) which was formed in 1980 – 81 and not registered yet , appointed a builder named A.R.CONTRUCTIONS 7,2 FLOOR , HAMAM HOUSE ,AMBALAL DOSHI MARG,FORT , MUMBAI – 400001. For redevelopment . so those who had increased their area claiming for more area . very quickly bmc has prossesed or may processed all documentation work as we have already received irrevocable agreement completely in builder’s favour , name of builder is also changed , few tenants had signed the agreement without understanding the matter are regretting now as the chairman and the secretary and the builder are not returning the agreement . there intensions are very clear to create 70% majority by putting dummy tenants on records and go for development
Now the builder is offering the area to us is as per manipulated area , telling us its as per bmc records, there are many unauthorized contruction made in this said area since 1981, which may be already altered in bmc records.
I spoke to landlord of the said property MR IDRIS GULAM MOHAMMED , ABDUL RAZZAK HAJI ISMAIL AND MOHAMMED UMAR HAJI AND OTHERS the original owners of the properties bearing the C.S. No. 1358,1359,1/1360,2/1360, 1361 and 1362 mahim division fort road , mahim Mumbai – 400016, they said they had already given notice to A.R contructions regarding this matter (Its seems another ADARSH SCANDAL IS IN PROCESS AT MAHIM . in front of police station
now what should i do pls guide me

send a copy of your letter detailing the aforesaid facts to local newspapers . address a letter to Municipal commissioner mentioning the aforesaid facts .
