Can anyone please tell me how much is the duty fee to make succession certificate in Jharkhand/Bihar state?

Thank you very much to all of you for your replies. I already have contacted few local lawyers. All seems to be telling different duty fees which is making me more confusion as to which lawyer should I go for. I really need a help on it please, if you could tell me exactly how much is the duty fee one needs to pay for succession certificate, then it would really help me in going for a proper lawyer.

When court fee duty can not be different and
opinions are different better buy a bare Act
of Bihar court fees Act or get it from a stamp vendor in the court campus and look into the schedule dealing succession certificates and calculate your self.It is not a tough affair.Quite easy to calculate your self.

Court Fees Charged for succession certificate mostly depends upon the value of the assets for which certificate is to be issued. Very well advised by the expert Sh. Prabhakar Singh ji, you can very well calculate with the help of a bare act.
