dear experts,
'A' and 'B' plots are by side by size. but 'B' constructed a in the plot of'A' a house.dispute arise and settled by LOK ADA LAT and passed an order that 'B' has to register his plot in favor of 'A' with the expenses of 'B' and 'A' has to register his plot in favor 'B' with the expenses of 'A'. plan also annexed with order.but 'B' is not registering as per the plan annexed with the lok adalat order as he has to bear more regd.expenses as he is constructed house in 'A's plot.what 'A' has to do .kindly advice.

Agreed with experts that you should file and EP.
Do you know that stamp duty will be paid on one plot only? No?
You are to pay stamp duty on the value of higher value plot in case of exchange of property. Please consult stamp act of your state.
Isn't it nice?.

Exchange of property can be made and in that event the stamp duty is required to be paid only on the cost of the house.
