Exam cheating case

sir,
i case has flasly been registered under ipc 420 120b 511 and 34 on my friend in exam cheating case. The allegation on my friend that he helping is another friend in that exam and crime branch registred a case on my friend. plz help us and he has been over 2 months in jail and charge sheet came plz tell us the procedure of bail and should we have to give bail to CMM or ASJ .

After the submission of charge sheet, getting bail is easier.
The Magistrate is unlikely to grant bail since it is sessions court triable case.
File bail u/s 439 in sessions court or high court.
